We have 5 CNC Vertical Milling Machining Center, varying from 600 mm to 2000 mm in "X" axis, 400 mm to 1300 mm in "Y" axis, 450 mm to 900 mm in "Z" axis..

We have 2 Orbit Cut with "Z" NC EDM, 1 Wire EDM & T u r n i n g  C e n t  r e details given under.

With all the facilities, we can make all the Moulds of Size Moulding Machines, up to 400 tones.

In This Tool Room we do all types of Mould & Dies Manufacturing like Injection Mould , Pressure-Die Casting , Blow Mould  with work force of 20 People Including 1 Tool Room Engineer , 05 skilled Mould Maker , 05 Semi Skilled mould maker & Rest Helper.

Where we Make all our Round Inserts for Cavity & Punches with Accurate finish & precision, with 5 Operators & 1 Programmer and 03 Helpers.  This factory is also running 24 Hrs 365 Days (Except Public Holidays)
